DVB-T

Under the DVB-T patent portfolio license, any party that offers DVB-T receiver products for sale is responsible for royalties on DVB-T receiver products manufactured or sold in a country where DVB-T essential patents licensed by Sisvel are in force.

Licensees pay 0.75 euro if they select coverage under all DVB-T essential patents (hierarchical and non-hierarchical) or 0.50 euro if they select coverage only under the DVB-T Non-Hierarchical essential patents.

SISVEL offers licenses under the DVB-T essential patents on fair, reasonable, and non discriminatory terms.
