The MCP offers a single process and a single platform to license all Sisvel held and/or managed patents in 3G and LTE standards. The royalty rates are offered on a per product basis, respectively applicable only for devices making use of the relevant field of use, as per the table below:

Provided a licensee is in full compliance with its obligations under the MCP license agreements, the royalty rate payable for each licensed product shall be subject to the Compliant Rate.

A one-time non-refundable entrance fee of € 5,000 is due on the license agreement signature date.
A bank guarantee or security deposit may be required.

MCP License AgreementIn addition, under the Mobile Communication Program Sisvel is available to discuss the specific circumstances of licensees that wish to license relevant products under specific lump sum terms, subject to a compliance system that identifies the IMEI/TAC codes of such products.
