The royalty rates for a license under the Sisvel Wireless Patents are as follows:

| From 500,001 to 2,500,000 | €0.10 |
| From 2,500,001 to 5,000,000 | €0.075 |
| 5,000,001 and above | €0.06 |
However provided that the licensee is in full compliance with its obligations under the Agreement then the royalty rate payable in respect of each licensed product shall be calculated under the Compliant Rate.
