The Wi-Fi / W-LAN Joint Licensing Program offers a single process to license all the SEPs held and/or managed by Sisvel under the relative IEEE 802.11standards. The royalty rates are offered on a per product basis, respectively applicable only for devices making use of the the Wi-Fi technology, as per the table below:

Provided a licensee is in full compliance with its obligations under the Wi-Fi /W-LAN license agreements, the royalty rate payable for each licensed product shall be subject to the Compliant Rate.

Wi-Fi / W-LAN Royalty Determination
A one-time non-refundable entrance fee of € 5,000 is due on the signature date of the license agreement.
A bank guarantee or security deposit may be required.
