We are pleased to announce that Roberto Dini, Founder of Sisvel, will co-moderate an insightful webinar organized by the LESI Patent & Technology Licensing (PTL) Committee, exploring the impact of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) on licensing and litigation, one year after its establishment.
The event, taking place on October 16 from 3 p.m. CET, will bring together leading experts to discuss the practical implications of the UPC for both patent holders and technology implementers point of view.
Mr. Dini will co-moderate alongside Spyros Makris, IPR Policy Manager at Ericsson and Co-Chair of the LESI PTL Committee.
Following an introduction by Marina Tavassi, Founder of the Intellectual Property Judges Association (IPJA), attendees will hear from renowned speakers including Sophie Pasquier, Senior Director - Principal Intellectual Property & Licensing Counsel at Philips, and Pippa Wheeler, Senior Litigation Counsel at HP Deutschland GmbH.
