We are pleased to support the “Regulatory and Enforcement Developments for SEPs” conference in Warsaw on March 6-7, 2025.

Organized by Adam Mickiewicz University’s Faculty of Law, the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and the Polish Academy of Sciences, under the patronage of the Polish Patent Office, this event will delve into critical issues surrounding SEP licensing, enforcement, and regulation.

As SEPs play a pivotal role in technologies like LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, and DVB, ensuring fair access is essential for fostering innovation. With Poland assuming the EU Council Presidency, discussions will highlight global policy developments, key court rulings, and the role of the UPC in shaping SEP disputes.

Mattia Fogliacco, President of Sisvel, will join the panel "Business Perspectives", moderated by Rory Clarke (Kirkland), alongside Urška Petrovčič (Qualcomm), Collette Rawnsley (Nokia), John Mulgrew (Lenovo), Dan Choi (Microsoft), and Steve Faraji (Volkswagen).
