NTT joins the Sisvel 5G MM Licensing Programme
Luxembourg, 10th January 2024 - Sisvel International S.A. (“Sisvel”) today announced that NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORPORATION (“NTT”) has joined its 5G Multimedia (5G MM) Licensing Programme. This brings the total number of patent owners in the programme to 16.
The Sisvel 5G MM Licensing Programme was launched in December 2022 and offers an efficient and transparent way to access cellular standard essential patents, covering 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technology, owned and/or controlled by the participating patent owners, under fair and reasonable terms.
The participating licensors include: Alfred Consulting LLC, Intellectual Discovery Co., Ltd., JVCKENWOOD Corporation, KDDI Corporation, Koninklijke KPN N.V., Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, SK Telecom Co., Ltd., Technology in Ariscale, LLC, Telefónica S.A., TIM S.p.A., Wilus Inc., Wireless Innovations, LLC, Sisvel and UNISOC (Shanghai) Technologies Co., Ltd.
